Recovery Navigation Program

Mentoring – Support – Connection

Do you want to start the process of personal change? Do you need support in your recovery?

The Recovery Navigation Program provides support, resources, planning, and connections to recovery. We let our clients decide which services can help them on their recovery journey. All services are free to participants. Explore the eligibility requirements and services that are available below.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 18 and older
  • Multnomah County Resident
  • Income at 200% FPL or below
  • Desire to be in recovery

Available Services

  • Needs Assessment
  • Recovery Planning
  • Peer Recovery Mentoring

Clients must engage with Recovery Mentors on a weekly basis and meet program requirements in order to qualify for additional services:

  •  Job Search Assistance Coaching
  • Short Term Recovery Housing
  • Monthly HC Bus Passes
  • Basic Needs: ID, Birth Certificate, License Reinstatement, Work Clothing, Vision Vouchers
  • Early Childhood Services
    • Communities for Safe Kids
    • Parent-Child Support Services
    • Healthy Families
    • Parent-Child Development Services
    • Early Childhood Fathering Project

    • Family Resource Navigators
    • AKA Science
