Impact NW Energy Assistance can help you with NW Natural bills so you don’t have to turn off your service this summer!
We have NW Natural Gas walk-in days on Mondays through Thursdays from 9:00am until 4:00pm at 10055 E Burnside Street. Clients needing assistance with NW Natural can also call 503-721-1740 for more information.
Please bring these required documents (can be copies):
- Proof of income from the last 30 days in the household. If you receive social security as income, please bring the 2017 award letter. If you receive pensions, please have your bank statement or pension statement dated no earlier than the last 30 days.
- Social security cards for everyone in the household and IDs for those 18 and over.
- Your NW Natural bill.
