Grant from Kaiser Permanente Helps Seniors Thrive

Aging adults thrive when they are able to remain in their own homes, surrounded by a community of friends and family. We’re excited to announce that a generous $15,000 grant from Kaiser Permanente will allow us to continue to help Portland’s aging population thrive.
