Meet the Candidates

At Impact NW, we recognize that services alone cannot solve the housing crisis—advocacy is essential. Through our work, we’ve seen that housing paired with supportive services is the key to preventing homelessness. Together with our partners, we advocate for policies that prioritize housing plus services as a solution, along with modernizing public sector contracts to better equip non-profits to provide these services effectively.

Our Candidate Cafes are over for this election season but be sure to review our cafes from the past. During our discussions with the candidates, we emphasized the importance of housing plus services as a solution to the housing crisis, and contract modernization to revamp the way the public sector works with non-profits to provide housing services.
