Impact NW to Hold Virtual Event to Prevent Homelessness on Saturday, September 26th 2020

Portland, Oregon: Scheduled for 5:30pm on Saturday, September 26th 2020 with a pre show to begin at 5:15pm, Impact NW is uniting the community for Make Your Impact: A Virtual Event to Prevent Homelessness. 

Presented by Boeing and our other sponsors: Brookdale Senior Living communities of Beaverton, Scappoose, Mt. Hood, Troutdale, Albany, Roseburg and Medford; Heffernan Insurance; Heritage Bank; Klarquist Sparkman LLP; Philadelphia Insurance; Propeller; and Rick’s Custom Fencing and Decking, Make Your Impact is an opportunity to unite the community in support of our most vulnerable neighbors during a time it is needed most. We are so grateful to all of these companies for helping make tonight’s event possible.

The Details: 

  • Held virtually on Saturday, September 26th, 2020 @ 5:30pm, with a pre-cast beginning at 5:15pm. 
  • The free virtual event will highlight Impact NW’s important work in the community through both live and pre-recorded stories of impact. 
  • With special appearances from: 
    • Cupid Alexander, Director of Strategic Initiatives for Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler; 
    • Oregon Governor, Kate Brown
    • Ian Karmel, Comedian and Co-head writer for CBS’ The Late Late Show;
    •  Kenneth Choi, Actor from Wolf of Wall Street and Captain America: The First Avenger; và
    • Lisa Schroeder, Owner of Portland’s own Mother’s Bistro
