Host a Gift Drive
Collect gifts with your workplace, faith community, or neighborhood.
Commitments due November 10.

For families working to stay housed, every dollar is already spoken for: rent, utilities, food. Holiday gifts can simply be out of reach. That’s where the Impact NW Holiday Hope Store comes in. Parents and caregivers shop for the people they love. They choose the gifts, and they get the joy of watching their kids open them.
“It gave my son the opportunity to have more than one gift to open on Christmas morning, which brought so much joy and excitement to our home. Thank you for giving us an experience and memories we will cherish.”

How Does the Holiday Hope Store Work?
A holiday shopping experience where every gift is free and every family gets to choose.
At Impact NW, we believe every family deserves to experience the joy of giving during the holidays. That’s why our Holiday Hope Drive works a little differently from traditional gift drives.
Instead of matching donors with individual families or distributing preselected gifts, we transform community donations into a festive holiday store where parents and caregivers can shop for their loved ones at no cost.
Đây là cách hoạt động:
1. Our Community Comes Together
Local businesses, organizations, and individuals commit to collecting gifts through workplace giving trees, community gift drives, or individual donations. Supporters can use our gift tags, which include age-appropriate gift suggestions, or shop from our Amazon Wish List.
2. We Fill the Holiday Hope Store
With the help of volunteers, donated gifts are sorted and arranged into a welcoming holiday shopping experience, with gifts for children, teens, and adults.
3. Families Choose What Matters Most
Families participating in Impact NW programs are invited to visit the store and select gifts for their loved ones, completely free of charge. Parents and caregivers know their families best, and our approach gives them the freedom to choose gifts that reflect their loved ones’ unique personalities, interests, and needs.
4. The Joy of Giving Goes Home
Families leave with gifts they’ve chosen themselves, ready to create special moments and holiday memories. It’s about more than presents. It’s about preserving dignity, celebrating family traditions, and making sure everyone can experience the joy of giving.
This year, our goal is to bring holiday joy to approximately 270 families, including 500 children, across our community.
