Your input will inform the goals and objectives in the 2021-2024 Area Plan on Aging.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The Survey is intended for people that live in Multnomah County and who are 55+ or 18+ and have a disability.<\/p>\n<p>The survey will take around 40 minutes and will be open through December 31, 2020.
