Ciertamente podemos estar orgullosos de saber que Impact ha ayudado a cambiar decenas de miles de vidas en los \u00faltimos 50 a\u00f1os. Pero veo una comunidad en constante cambio que necesita un Impact NW revitalizado para crear soluciones duraderas para un nuevo tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>Mis prioridades comienzan con el fortalecimiento de Impact NW como organizaci\u00f3n. Gran parte de ese enfoque se centra actualmente en nuestra salud y estabilidad financiera. Como la mayor\u00eda de los l\u00edderes sin fines de lucro reconocer\u00e1n, estos son tiempos econ\u00f3micos desafiantes para las organizaciones sin fines de lucro, y la comunidad necesita y espera mucho de nosotros. Mi compromiso es crear una organizaci\u00f3n financieramente saludable con un camino para la sostenibilidad a largo plazo. Estoy administrando cuidadosamente nuestros recursos mientras revigorizamos nuestra recaudaci\u00f3n de fondos y colaboramos con socios a largo plazo para crear un entendimiento y objetivos comunes. Me complace decir que Impact NW est\u00e1 en el camino hacia la estabilidad y mantendremos esta estabilidad en el futuro.<\/p>\n<p>Otra prioridad es fortalecer nuestro compromiso con la equidad. En los \u00faltimos 50 a\u00f1os, y especialmente durante la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada, nuestra comunidad ha crecido en prosperidad y diversidad. La realidad, sin embargo, es que los antecedentes culturales o \u00e9tnicos o el estatus socioecon\u00f3mico a menudo determinan las posibilidades de disfrutar de esta prosperidad.
