The Impact NW Power of One Luncheon celebrates the work made possible by generous individuals, businesses and organizations that have supported us over the past year, while also engaging new community partnerships. Limited to just one hour, the luncheon will inspire you to make dynamic change in our community through personal effort, one step at a time, and inspire others to recognize the Power of One in themselves!
Frank Foti – Keynote Speaker
President and Chief Executive Officer, Vigor Industrial
We are excited to announce Frank Foti as this year’s keynote speaker. Frank Foti has been at the helm of Vigor Industrial for over 19 years. Under his leadership, Vigor has grown from the single Portland facility to operations in Port Angeles, Everett, Tacoma and Seattle, Washington, Ketchikan and Seward, Alaska. He believes strongly that providing rewarding, family-wage industrial jobs is the best way Vigor can strengthen our workers’ families, communities and our nation. Frank distilled this idea into one simple statement: “These industrial jobs matter.” With this core value in mind, Frank is committed to growing Vigor through continued investment, innovative partnerships with labor, competitive products and by fostering Vigor’s highly adaptive, entrepreneurial company culture at all levels of the organization.

Gain some inspiration from GBD Architect’s Bruce Brown, who was the first recipient of the Impact NW Power of One Award. Witnessing the enormous needs of Kelly Elementary’s SUN Program, Bruce engaged his colleagues and leveraged his considerable business connections to support Kelly SUN in multiple ways. Over the years, Bruce implemented a “wayfinding” design of the hallways, established a community garden, and built an emergency food pantry for Kelly’s students and their families.
