Holiday Magic Toy & Gift Drive
November 21 – December 15th

Holiday Cheer is best when it is shared.  Each year, Impact NW wants to “share the season” with our entire community.  We serve over 60,000 clients annually, of all ages, cultures and abilities, and are opening our doors, minds and hearts to everyone this season.

Each year our holiday store distributes gifts to hundreds of families who could not otherwise afford them.  We fill the store with donated toys, children’s clothing and household items.  Volunteers help families select their gifts, wrapping all their holiday treasures and engaging children in crafts at our ‘Winter Wonderland.’  All items that families select are free of cost to them.  We rely on the generosity of individuals and businesses to help us secure enough gifts to share with our many deserving clients.

This year, KOIN 6 has selected Impact NW as the beneficiary for their Holiday Magic Gift Drive. KOIN 6 Partners include Evergreen Aviation, Stanford Restaurants, and  America’s Mattress.

We are also partnering with NW Natural, who raises money for the Gas Assistance Program (“GAP”), helping families and elderly residents pay their heating bill. Many Impact NW clients benefit from this essential community service.

KOIN 6 Holiday Magic Gift Drive Events:

• Thursday, December 15th from 5am-7pm, at Rose Quarter Commons.  Bring your donated gift items and meet local celebrities! Cameras will be watching, so put on your best holiday smile – you may be featured on KOIN 6!

Other opportunities to get involved:

• Host a “Giving Tree” at your office
• Collect items for the KOIN 6 Holiday Drive
• Volunteer at our Holiday Store
• “Adopt” one of our many programs
• Host a special “Drive” at your office, place of worship or community/civic group
